Since its founding in 1973, Kunohe Seimitsu Co., Ltd. has been in the industry of processing precision metals and watch components, and assembling minute parts. The systems cultivated through the making of watch parts has become the foundation of our company. We have been manufacturing spring probes since 1997 with a commitment to the "Made in Japan" philosophy through an integrated process of design, assembly, and inspection made entirely possible by our ultra-precision CNC lathes, proprietary automatic assembly machines, and automatic inspection machines. We strive to provide products and solutions that conform to customer and market needs such as semiconductor testing, various electronic device testing, interconnectivity applications, and RF connectors. Started as the Kunohe branch factory of Iwate Precision Industries Co., Ltd.
April 1978
Became Kunohe Precision Ltd. And began production of watch parts
October 1986
Relocated Head Office to current location (formerly Esashi Family Junior High School)

Started production of spring probes

Introduced the NC automatic lathes

Changed company name to Kunohe Seimitsu Co., Ltd.

Joined the SER Corporation Group

Established the Morioka branch factory in Yuzawa, Morioka

Relocated Morioka branch factory to current location (Mitake, Morioka)
